Orders and shipments
We offer flat shipping rates depending on the delivery area. You can find all the information on our shipping page .
We process and ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. However, during peak periods, such as product launches or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. If you need your order urgently, we recommend selecting the Express Shipping option at checkout.
Estimated transit times vary depending on the delivery location:
- Spain : 1-2 business days
- Europe : 3-5 business days
- Rest of the world : 4-6 business days
These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by occasional delays related to the carrier's operations.
If you need your order faster, we also offer Express Shipping for urgent deliveries.
Our orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Spain. For shipments outside the European Union, the destination country may apply additional import charges. These costs depend on local regulations and must be borne by the customer, as they are beyond our control.
You can cancel or modify an order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. To do so, please contact us directly, as updates must be processed manually. However, once an order has been shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
Delivery addresses and contact information are recorded exactly as provided by the customer at checkout. It is essential to ensure this information is correct and complete to guarantee successful delivery, as this data is transferred directly to the carrier. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information, any additional costs incurred will be the customer's responsibility.
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive notifications from the carrier with shipping status information. From these notifications, you can manage alternative delivery options, such as rescheduling delivery for another day or redirecting the package to a nearby pickup point.
Delivery of an order may not be completed for various reasons beyond the control of the carrier or ourselves, such as:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
- Recipient unavailable after several delivery attempts.
- Failure to collect the package on time at a collection point.
- Inability to contact the recipient to complete import procedures.
- The recipient refuses the delivery.
In any of these situations, any additional costs incurred will be the customer's responsibility. Please ensure you provide accurate information and are available to avoid these inconveniences.
Payments and discounts
Discounts cannot be combined, so only one promotional code can be applied per order. If you wish to use multiple personal vouchers or gift cards, please contact us beforehand so we can assist you with your request.

Easy and secure exchanges and returns

We offer return labels at a fixed cost through our online returns platform, where you can find all the necessary information.
If you prefer to manage the return yourself, please contact us beforehand to register and confirm your request. This option is only available for packages shipped from countries within the European Union.
Claims
Although we pack every order with the utmost care, occasional errors can occur. If you have received a product different from the one you selected during checkout, please contact us directly, providing your order number and attaching photos of the incorrect product. Our team will review your case and help you resolve it as soon as possible. Don't worry!
